Job Details

We have teamed with a dynamic Property Branding and Marketing agency, based in Central London, they are achieved remarkable success over the past decade. Renowned for its commitment to craftsmanship, storytelling, and strategic design, the agency collaborates with a diverse range of clients in Residential, Commercial, and Retail sectors, executing exceptional projects spanning Branding, Digital, Motion Graphics, Strategy, and Conceptual design.

They are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our expanding team, taking a leadership role in projects and nurturing the growth of Middle Weight and Junior Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creatively on concepts, aligning them with brand strategy to fully address the client brief.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients, their businesses, and the sectors they operate in.
  • Grasp the broader project context, ensuring seamless integration of various elements from idea to delivery.
  • Manage, lead, supervise, and coach colleagues within the team.
  • Generate and pitch creative ideas to clients and team members.
  • Delegate tasks with confidence and art direct others, including photographers and illustrators.
  • Demonstrate significant industry experience and a proven track record in creating and executing digital and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain high visual standards and support others in maintaining this level of excellence.
  • Create presentations and mock-ups for idea executions and approvals.
  • Contribute fresh ideas by combining cultural awareness with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Stay updated on design innovations and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Solid experience in Branding and Digital design.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and traditional typography and print skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with clients.
  • Good time management, self-driven, and proactive.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strives to exceed expectations, seeking new opportunities for personal and professional development

Please note the studio is based in Central London, Senior Designers are required in the studio 3 days per week
