Digital Designer

We are partnering with an Integrated Communications Agency based in Central London. They are looking for a Midweight Digital Designer to join the Customer Engagement team.

Their Customer Engagement team specialises in creating top-notch CE communications for clients while seamlessly integrating with other agency areas. Their portfolio includes prestigious brands, and they aim to infuse creativity into our work, building brands and delivering results.

They are looking for a hands-on Midweight Digital Designer to work alongside the Creative Director and Design Lead to deliver across multiple touchpoints such as email, DM, in-app, landing pages/microsites, social, and digital display. Prior experience crafting design that inspires customer journeys and connects people with brands is essential.

The role:

Experience in customer engagement is a must for this role, with a particular focus on designing for email. You'll be working hands-on on briefs, ensuring all the work meets best practice standards and is bang on brand. It will be your responsibility to push customer engagement design work.

About you:

• Experience in email design and build
• Complete understanding of Adobe Creative Suite with a specific focus in XD and AE
• Expert understanding of Figma
