Studio Assistant (Part-time)

A London based Retail Experience Consultancy are seeking a Studio Assistant on a part-time basis (Maternity cover) to provide support to the Creative Director and assist in the smooth running of the Studio.

Utilizing your approachable manner, confident attitude and proven business support skills you will manage, co-ordinate and deliver on studio and staff related matters.

You will be instrumental in all aspects of running the studio: communication, preparing the studio for meetings, greeting and hosting visitors, processes and housekeeping, travel bookings, arranging meetings and managing diaries.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with excellent interpersonal skills, being a fun and energetic presence in the studio.

Part-time role (3 day per week) on a 8 months contract with the possibility to become permanent.

Salary outlined will be pro rata.
