This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Project Administrator/Co-Ordinator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis. The role will include helping to plan projects, keeping track of their progress against time frames and budget constraints, and generally helping to ensure cross-agency collaboration on projects. You will liaise with clients and internal teams alike to ensure the smooth delivery of projects with efficient verbal and written communication to all stakeholders. You will also ensure that all permits, passes and other paperwork are in place for the installation teams to do their jobs in a timely manner. Additionally, you will also work to establish effective agency wide project governance, processes, and systems to ensure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. There is an opportunity for this role to grow into a fully-fledged account/project manager, where you will manage the delivery of your own projects. Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid project administration background, ideally within a design studio, architectural practice, or printers is desirable and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
