Senior Architect (High-end Residential)

For our client, a successful award-winning multi-disciplinary design company based in North West London that offers services within the high end residential sector, we are seeking out a Senior Architect.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate with sound knowledge of UK planning stage and drafting working drawing packages to comprise detailing drawings for building regulations, tender and contract administrator duties
during works on site to completion.

Applicants must be RIBA/ARB UK qualified and have strong previous experience within luxury residential design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required and Revit is a distinct advantage.

Applicants must have a car/be able to drive.

Fully studio based.
