Studio Coordinator

This architecture practice based in Shoreditch are looking for a Studio Coordinator to join their team.  This will be a pivotal role to support the team of architects and designers.  The ideal person will have an interest in the design industry and will have the ability to work with people of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce bid documentation and award submissions using Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist with marketing and communications including website updates
• Help coordinate internal and external events
• Support directors and senior management team with diary management and bookings
• General administration
• Document control

Skills and experience

• Prior experience in an administration role, ideally in a creative environment
• Graphic design/desktop publishing experience
• Experienced in advanced aspects of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator
• Knowledge of CMS software such as WordPress
• Knowledge of document control systems such as Aconex
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines and multitask
