An internationally renowned architecture and design practice are seeking a polite, professional and outgoing temp Receptionist to oversee all front of house tasks and man the reception desk.

The ideal candidate will have an warm and welcoming personality and have prior reception/ team assistant experience. Dates: 1st - 5th August.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and guests to the studio.
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls.
  • Sorting post/ arranging courier services for outgoing post.
  • Ensuring the studio and meeting rooms space are kept tidy and clean.
  • Providing ad-hoc admin support
