My client is a luxury global interiors brand recognised as a ‘Top 3’ global luxury fabrics provider. Their fabrics are synonymous with true luxury, elegance and superb quality. We are helping them look for a junior creative assistant to join them 5 days a week in their Windsor office!

We are looking for someone that has either education/work experience within the interiors industry, ideally fabrics. 
For an interior design graduate, we will require some relevant work experience, although this does not necessarily need to be within interiors.
NOTE: A fashion degree or similar is OK to demonstrate creativity, however in addition to that they need to be able to demonstrate some experience or education within interiors.

Photoshoots, Exhibitions, Events and Presentations

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager, Design Manager and Head of Logistics on operational and logistical aspects of shoots, events, exhibitions and presentations i.e.
  • SAP stock transfers,
  • packing and unpacking van,
  • organising lunch
  • creating sets of new collection fabric samples for stylists and others
  • General assisting on the day (ironing/lunches/packing etc.)


  • Supporting the Design Team on ad-hoc creative projects
  • Supporting the Design Team to source press and VIP gifts
  • Wrapping and packing gift bags for press and VIP events
  • Support other on-going Marketing, Design and Logistics activities as required
  • Although comprehensive, the job description is not exhaustive, additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business

Skills and qualities:

  • A passion for design and interiors
  • Some experience in luxury/interior design sector beneficial
  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Art, Graphic Design or similar
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office software suit
  • Some experience using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign beneficial
  • Creative, practical, hands-on with a positive “can do” attitude
