MW Motions Designer

My client is an innovative TV advertising and creative agency that brings the zing to both your advertising creative and advertising results. My client are looking for a junior and MW motions designer to join their team either in Hertfordshire a couple of days a week OR fully remote! As their MW Motion Designer, you’ll be creating graphics from concepts through to final outputs.

What you'll do as their MW motion designer:

• Translate design concepts/ storyboards to create high-end motion graphic edits
• Support the Senior Motion Designers, Creative Motion Lead and the Creative Team as their MW Motion Designer
• Be responsible for creating/checking multiple outputs for clients
• Hit key deadlines as their MW Motion Designer
• Keep up to date with new CG trends/techniques
• Conduct project quality control and assessment to their high standards (Quality Controlled) as their MW Motion Designer

What you'll have as their MW motions designer:

• A strong eye for detail and composition
• Self-motivation
• The ability to work in a team and independently
• A good understanding of lighting, texturing, modelling and rendering
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the team
• Working knowledge of Redshift/ Octane/ Arnold
• Working knowledge of NUKE/ Houdini (bonus)
• Excellent time management on projects
• Strong Design Skills
• Excellent communication between departments and your own team
