Job Functions
Production, Project Manager

We're working with a brilliant white label production agency linked directly to a very well known media platform in the fashion space. They've got an absolute who's who of fashion, luxury and sportwear brands as clients, a great office culture (and they're in two days a week), and work across social, OOH, digital content and more.

As they are extremely busy, we're looking to add a new producer to their team of two!

What You'll Be Doing

It's a relatively straightforward producer role! You'll be working closely with your clients and the rest of the team internally to deliver campaigns and content spanning stills photography and video production.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership over the logistics and production of a project, including budgeting (£30k-£3mil), scheduling, briefing in the required skill sets and overseeing through the production phases.
  • Managing pre- and post-production.
  • Working with your client and the creative team in the concepting phase, helping the creatives realise their vision and supporting the client throughout.
  • Booking talent and freelancers to support with the delivery of the projects.

It goes without saying that you'll be mucking in across the board, so being happy to get involved is a core part of this job

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have worked in a production house previously, though any sort of creative agency experience is definitely relevant if you've delivered production of video and photo assets. You'll have a strong understanding of the production process from concepting, planning and budgeting, through to being on shoot and making sure everything runs smoothly. While you will often be working collaboratively, we do need somebody who is capable of running their own projects from end to end.

Prior experience in the world of fashion would be a big plus for this one but isn't an absolute must have.

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.
