- Maintain first class relations and actively seek new client relations to enhance the agency
- Oversee projects closely ensuring that clients receive regular updates on delivery
- Devise innovative creative briefs to keep pushing the company in a progressive direction that sets them apart from competitors
- Actively engage in account feedback to help keep the company relevant in understanding client expectations
- Negotiate the scope of work and from this prepare estimates and timelines
