Account Director

We are delighted to collaborating with a global brand design agency, with the ambition to create brand value that drives growth for globally recognised brands. They are searching for a new Client Director with the ability to champion and grow client relations at all levels. This is a tremendous chance to join up with a company focused on value led culture and integrity to help their teams evolve into the best performing entities they can be.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and push client development plans for all key accounts
• Effectively devise compelling project proposals, taking into account expertly budget requirements and resourcing needs
• Present ideas confidently and with clarity to ensure cohesion amongst all necessary parties
• Write exemplary creative briefs which inspire teams to produce the highest quality design work they can
• Actively mentor, nurture and manage more junior talent to help them progress
• Always be seeking new business and relationships to help the company reach growth targets

Their ideal candidate shall be a natural and enthusiastic leader, always capable of seeing the big picture. They shall have very strong demonstrable past working in brand design agencies building meaningful and lasting relationships. As well as this, outstanding communication skills are vital to the success of this role so the companies position is always clearly articulated to clients.
