Job Functions
Production, Studio Management

We're working with a brilliant creative agency who are owned by one of the most recognisable brand groups on the planet. Structured like any creative agency they have well established teams across strategy, creative, project management, production and media, all of which are growing quickly.

The culture is changing as the agency grows, but has always been strong - emphasising a diverse approach, a collaborative work ethic, and an environment where every voice (in about twenty languages!) can be heard.

We're working directly with their well established resourcing operations team as they add a traffic manager to the team.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a busy job, with day-to-day ownership of the workflow of a varied creative and production team spanning Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers and Artworkers, Editors and Animators.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day workflow of the Creative and Production team, ensuring work is delivered on schedule and on budget.
  • Understanding creative briefs and your team to ensure the best people are assigned to each job.
  • Lead daily stand ups to go through allocation and troublshoot any problems.
  • Working with the broader delivery team to ensure that the agency runs smoothly.
  • Run weekly resource planning with creative directors and the PMs.
  • Manage freelancers (timesheets and process following).

Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised and flexible individual with experience working as a traffic, studio or resource manager either agency side or with an in-house creative team. Good knowledge of the creative process including production) would be a big asset for this role, as well as experience working with a broad range of internal stakeholders.

The core thing is we want somebody highly proactive, organised and, most importantly, willing to muck in. Strong communications skills and a collaborative approach will be massively helpful for this job!

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.

If this sounds like the traffic management role for you then get in touch now at CS@tomorrowlondon.co.uk
