Senior Account Manager - Marketing agency (Hybrid)
Our client a major marketing agency that combines data, insight, and strategy working with the world's global brands is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager working in this hybrid role to produce beautifully creative and effective CRM campaigns.
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders up to the senior level, taking responsibility for all projects managed by your team and directly managing larger projects as required.
This would include presenting major or complex project scope and budget proposals, project and status updates, and creative work to clients - demonstrating effective verbal communication skills whether in person or virtually, securing client's understanding, buy in and project approval
Producing written work such as project presentations, proposals, budgeted scopes of work, timing plans, reports, and client comms for Senior Manager levels.
Monitor, reconcile and manage resource deployment against client projects - directing team resources as required to ensure profitable delivery of projects understanding the client's strategic goals, and supporting the development of strategic plans and responses to client briefs requirements
Writing briefs to the highest standard for complex or major projects, whether for creative, analysis, or strategy requirements and supporting more junior team members with producing their briefs will support the professional development of AM, and AE team members, also supporting the leadership of the cross-functional Hub team.
