Tomorrow London are looking for a Social Strategist to join the in-house creative agency for a sports brand. Experience in working for a sports brand is an absolute must, so please only apply if you have this background otherwise you won't be considered.

Based in London Bridge, the agency is made up of around 20 people - production, project managers, designers, brand managers, creative, copywriters etc.

You will be integral to their online brand presence and ongoing success of their social media story. There are three divisions that you will oversee: racket sports, winter sports and winterwear. Each division has its own Social Media Manager, that you will manage, giving them guidance, whilst adhering to company objectives, KPI's, intentions etc.

This is very much a strategist role as opposed to an Account Director who has done some strategy. An ideal candidate will be expected to conceive, develop and launch effective brand and product campaigns across the three divisions' social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and market channels. They want someone who specialises in strategy development, audience analysis, competitor audits, reporting and all things social, but you also have experience in campaign messaging and working across other digital platforms.

You must have a full understanding of the strategic process from research to creative to execution. You will serve as the UK's digital ambassador, working with integrated teams of creatives, marketers, designers, production and social media managers to develop a social presence built on insights and impactful creative.

This is an ideal opportunity for a social media expert wanting to expand their horizons with additional planning expertise and an ambition to become more omnichannel-centric.

This is a full time office based role, so you must be happy with this setup. There is no flexibility around this.
