Senior Designer

We are working alongside a property branding agency, with an in-depth knowledge of local and international markets allowing for them to successfully deliver commercially driven branding. They are seeking a new Senior Designer to join their team to help push them further forward creatively. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fascinating projects in a fast paced and cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulately present design ideas to the wider team and clients
• Remain well tapped into current trends allowing for them to be appropriately incorporated into the design process
• Take the lead on the day-to-day design process, offering insight and direction to the team
• Interpret client briefs and transfer this into the desired design concepts
• Maintain exemplary client relations and always be pro-active in seeking to establish new ones
• Nurture and guide teams through the design process so they can rapidly develop into high-quality creatives

Due to the nature of the high-value asset sales, the ideal candidate shall thrive in being able to adhere to demanding deadlines whilst exemplifying the utmost degree of confidentiality. The position requires someone who can multi-task to high levels across a plethora of projects. As well as this, they shall possess exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong demonstrable past working in design lead roles, with any in property being a bonus.
