As Receptionist and Administrator you'll be the first point of contact for all clients and colleagues at the studio, so the ideal person will have an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

This role is hugely diverse and will support the Office Manager with day to day tasks around the studio. Duties include manning the Reception desk, directing calls, ensuring the upkeep of the studio space and also admin support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the studio.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Ordering office supplies and stationary.
  • Overview of meeting room bookings.
  • General upkeep of studio space.
  • Archiving, scanning and organising records.
  • General administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Incredibly organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and approachable to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the studio.
  • Solid Microsoft Office knowledge.
