We're working with one of London's best design agencies. They win more awards than you can shake a stick at, don't do any outbound business development because the work comes to them, and a have a brilliant culture of collaboration. They're also on an amazing growth trajectory at the moment - looking to double their London studio by the end of the year.

As an agency, they deliver across everything from branding, to interactive spaces, from digital to business design - with everything stemming from expertly crafted strategy. They work with some of the world's most recognisable brands spanning fashion, tech, professional services and health.

They are looking for a Senior Strategist with branding at the heart of their experience, to join their bustling London studio.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day to day will be that of a classic brand strategist - you'll be consulting with your clients, leading research & insight projects, and supporting and collaborating with the creative team. You'll also be mentoring working closely with a few junior strategists on a day to day basis, so being a team player will be pretty important for this one. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic content across business and brand strategy, positioning, architecture, messaging, naming, and brand definition.
  • Consulting closely with clients throughout business and brand transformations.
  • Competitive and conjoint analysis as well as other research and insight gathering.
  • Planning workshops and other client stakeholder engagements.
  • Collaborating closely with project management and creative teams.
  • Actively sharing knowledge and learnings with the wider team

Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven creative and analytic thinker with an eye for design and copy, who knows how to persuade a client of a solid strategy and who knows the branding and business ecosystem inside out. Proven experience leading digital and business transformation programmes along with the usual brand strategy/naming/architecture is helpful.

Being a good presenter will go a long way with this one, and the obligatory powerpoint / google slides skills need to be a part of the mix.
