Project Managers, I have another amazing opportunity at a luxury residential studio in London!
This studio has an international team with expertise spanning a number of disciplines. Their projects range from townhouses to contemporary villas. This team are comprised of qualified Architects, Designers and the HR team totally around 30 staff members. They have requirements below for any interested candidates.
Qualifications & Experience:
• RICS Accredited degree in Construction management or Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering luxury interior design projects with construction values ranging from £500k - £10m. International project experience is an added bonus.
• Minimum of two projects completed in London through all RIBA stages acting as sole Project Manager responsible for successful delivery.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contract administration procedures and building contracts
