Account Manager (Creative)

A wonderful opportunity for a creative and passionate Account Manager to join a Creative company on a full time basis.

You will be supporting a happy and talented team!

A background or exposure to the Creative Industry is a must for this role.

You will be responsible for creating new business and managing company client relationships as well identifying profitable opportunities

You will maintain strong client relationships and meet weekly/monthly targets / annual expectations

Assist the support Senior Management with responses to new enquieries

Meeting with clients and making contact daily

You should be passionate about the business always considering ways to improve and grow clients while maintaining excellent working relationships with all management and team members.

2-3 Years experience in a similar role in the Creative industry is essential for this role.

A dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of clients and team members at all levels

Great communication skills, written and oral and the ability to listen

Excellent customer service skills

Technically competent with various software programmes such as CRM, Sage and Microsoft Office
