Senior Designer

We are delighted to be working alongside a multi-disciplinary design agency specialising in a whole host of fields ranging from food&drink to set design, aiming to create unique and sustainable brand experiences. They are seeking to add a Senior Experiential Designer to conceptualise and develop major brand activations and experiential events for key clients. This is an amazing chance to join an agency sporting a plethora of house-hold name clients looking to become the industry go-to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative projects from inception to execution on site
• Engage with the wider team to effectively deliver pitches and secure new business
• Champion projects which are sustainable and minimise waste
• Develop and maintain exemplary new and existing client relations
• Successfully present finalised ideas to clients and the wider team
• Support and inspire the juniors in the team to help their development and progress in the team

Their ideal candidate shall have a strong and proven creative background, being able to flourish working to demanding deadlines. They will always take a collaborative approach to working on projects whilst exemplifying enthusiasm for design and sustainability with a focus on the future. A sophisticated set of communication skills are essential in order to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues alike.
