About this role

Our client has over 30 years’ experience in supplying commercial furniture to workplaces, and is looking to take on a highly organised and personable Sales Coordinator to assist with the company's progressive growth. Based in Central London, you will have the opportunity to join a fun and interactive team that prides itself in providing the best experience for their clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the sales team
  • Putting together quotes
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Liaising with fitters
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Dealing with clients
  • Coordinating with the in-house operations and finance teams
  • Supporting the team with administration needs


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Experience within the commercial furniture sector would be preferable
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external parties both verbally and in writing
  • Personable with a positive attitude
