Marketing Executive

A leading architecture and design practice are seeking an ambitious and pro-active Marketing Executive to join their London studio based in Clerkenwell.

This is a truly unique opportunity to start your career within the A&D space. As Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the Marketing Manager by maintaining the database for marketing and business development templates, owning all marketing administration and regularly coordinating with the bid team with ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising the database of marketing and business development templates, assets and project sheets
• Regularly coordinating with the bid team regarding ongoing projects.
• Uploading project images to in-house digital image library.
• Updating marketing project sheets (images and texts).
• Add images to the website.
• Supporting with internal/ external events.

Skills and Experience:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across departments.
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop) would be an advantage.
