Senior 3D structural Designer

My client is an independent creative agency based in London, New York and Shanghai! The Fix are looking for a senior 3D structural designer to join their amazing team! Based in London, part remote

3D Senior Designer Purpose:
Lead by example to deliver great creative, working across multiple projects to provide clear solutions to brand challenges

Responsibilities for the senior 3D structural designer
 
Creativity for the senior 3D structural designer:

• Believes in the meaning of Brand First, through charismatic design and how it can get a brand noticed and chosen
• Promotes the role of the 3D team in delivering true 3D Brand
• Experiences, across multiple touchpoints
• Creates holistic concepts and solutions that build on a Brand’s charisma and offer a unique point of difference across all aspects of 3D brand experience
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of how to connect strategy to creative work through development of creative territories for design
• Quickly edits ideas to focus in on the best ideas
• Leads multiple creative projects

Teamwork for the senior 3D structural designer:

• Understands the roles of the wider team and utilises people effectively to deliver timely solutions
• Partners with internal teams to ensure creative and 3D solutions are integrated, in order to deliver holistic brand solutions
• Collaborates with and uses internal expertise and experience, as well as client’s knowledge to get to better creative solutions
• Actively offers ideas and opportunities to other teams
• Behaves as a mentor to other team members

Creative Application for the senior 3D structural designer:

• Has a good understanding of all aspects of 3D Brand Experiences (from POS to retail activation, events, packaging and product), and where and how they can play a role in their creation
• Seeks out new innovations and demonstrates how these can be leveraged in 3D design
• Displays an understanding of how to bring concepts to life within technical parameters of product design and manufacturing processes
• Works with internal teams, and external resource, to push technical boundaries, delivering innovative solutions that challenge the limitations of 3D
