Production Manager

We are delighted to be working alongside a boutique music and sound studio focused upon achieving the synergy of sound and picture from the conception to the execution of projects. They are seeking to hire a Production Manager to their ranks, being responsible for the planning and coordination of all projects in the studio, whilst simultaneously managing the small creative team and studio. This is a fantastic chance to join up with a studio at forefront of sonic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the initial point of contact for clients and partners alike, offering consistent updates on project progress
• Work collaboratively with freelance partners to establish the scope of projects and guarantee delivery
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the studio
• Ensure projects are properly coordinated, including preparing budgets and schedules whilst ensuring they are delivered on time
• Assist with identifying and securing new business
• Help grow the positive awareness of the studio externally

Their ideal candidate shall show a strong passion for music and design, whilst employing a friendly, can-do attitude in the studio. They shall require a keen eye for detail, being highly organised and focused, with a clear past in project management. The role also offers a high degree of autonomy and offers hybrid working.
