Senior/ Associate Interior Designer - Workplace
An international architectural practice whose influence spans three continents are on the lookout for an experienced workplace designer at the senior / associate level who is confident in client facing, project running and is proficient in Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs with the team to pitch for projects, competitions, and potential clients
- Develop space planning, test fitting and schematic design schemes for projects
- Develop and detail design schemes with engineering services and specialist sub consultants
- Prepare documentation packages including drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Furniture selection, prepare furniture RFPs, prepare final furniture specification documents
- Coordinate and liaise amongst the design team
Skills and Experience
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Qualified interior designer or interior architect
- Proven experience running and delivering design-led projects within the commercial sector
- Fluency using Revit
- Strong eye for design, details, and presentation
- Knowledge of UK standards and regulation is essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- UK standards and knowledge of regulations is essential
- A positive and professional attitude
