Senior Technical Lead - Revit

A leading international practice with a longstanding reputation across various sectors including workplace, hospitality, hotels and residential, are on the lookout for a technical lead to join their team to oversee the delivery of projects from stage 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams through the production of technical documentation of all stages including drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Lead technical coordination with external consultants and manage the design team
• Lead detail design with specialists and sub-consultants
• Contribute to the preparation of space planning, test fitting for projects at scheme design stage
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Skills & Experience:

• Hold the right to work in UK
• BA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
• Proven experience of leading a team to deliver interior design technical packages
• Strong and varied Lifestyle Interiors sector experience across commercial residential, hotel, hospitality & workplace
• Demonstrate strong skills in all aspects of the production of technical documentation and coordination
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to develop fit out details and take the design through all stages of documentation
