Independent and unique design studio specialising in brand experience and events is looking for an established Designer to join their  talented and unique team.

The Studio -

This studio has helped clients to create memorable experiences in new, immersive and refreshing ways that connect with audiences and achieve commercial results.  They are now looking for a Designer who will support and become part of their collaborative team by generating captivating concepts and executing designs to a high level.  Working closely with the Creative Lead and a team of Producers, this person will have the opportunity to work across a huge range of clients and brands helping to develop graphic and visual concepts for some well-loved household names and brands mainly in the fashion, lifestyle and hospitality sectors.

The team is focused, collaborative and highly talented with a strong focus on sustainability through the work the create, they’re currently in the process of getting their B Corp status.  They have a well-considered benefits package and a have created a working environment where everyone is listened to, encouraged and supported.

The Opportunity –

This person would be fully responsible for developing creative projects from initial conceptual stages through to final delivery and installation.  From producing creative treatments and decks that inspire and excite clients to leading on live projects and advising on all creative elements and schemes, you’ll have significant influence and input.  We’re looking for someone who is confident using innovation and trends to develop and deliver relevant, sustainable and recyclable work.  You’ll have the chance to lead and inspire more junior members of the team but should also be comfortable being hands on in creating 2D and 3D design assets as part of the team.  You’ll also have access to some impressive clients and will play a key role in building, maintaining and developing strong relationships through day to day expectation management, client contact and outstanding creative.  We’re looking for someone who is keen to contribute to the agency’s culture, processes and reputation so this role would really suit someone who wants to feel a part of something.

Our ideal candidate –

Has previous experience working in a creative studio environment with a specific focus on experiential/brand experience.

Thinks across both 2D and 3D and can show these skills in an impressive folio.

Should have a genuine interest in sustainability and naturally looks at experience design through a future focused and environmental lens.

Has creative flair but also attention to detail when finalising work,

alongside excellent skills in Creative Suite.

Enjoys being part of a team and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
