A metalwork specialist is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of growth in sales for the brand. This role will be responsible for managing the London Showroom and to help shape the sales strategy for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work strategically to expand the client’s connection to the brand and facilitate outreach in the community
  • Build relationships that translate into new business
  • Maintain the CRM system
  • Create client quotes and when required undertake site visits to quote
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and industry awareness
  • Research and identify potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Manage the full client lifecycle to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Facilitate the client experience and become an expert in educating clients on each product
  • Coordinate with manufacturing team and warehouse

 

Skills & Experience

  • Ideally three to five years' of experience in a sales environment
  • A background in supply of partitions or steel
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external parties both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to identify the client's needs, understand and explain product features and benefits
  • Ability to solve problems and be solution-oriented
  • Have a positive attitude
