Job Functions
Production, Studio Management

We're working with a lovely creative agency in scenic Hitchin with an excellent culture, great clients and tight knit team of 20. They have an extremely positive working environment which encourages open conversation (and consequently has no grumbling or politics), everybody has everybody's back, and people are trusted to get on with their jobs rather than being micromanaged.

They've got a well established production and client services team already in place, now we're just looking for a traffic manager to keep everything running smoothly!

What You'll Be Doing

This is a classic traffic management role but you'll very much be the heart of the agency - supporting project managers and producers with their project and keeping the creative team busy and happy! Your day to day will involve:

  • Managing capacity across the different teams
  • Trafficking work through and ensuring the agency is working effectively.
  • Day to day dispute resolution on how resource is being assigned.
  • Setting up projects in asana and keeping an eye out for potential pinch points.
  • Managing resource requirements and booking freelancers.

Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!

Who We're Looking For

We aren't necessarily looking for the finished product here - if you've got a couple of years in a creative agency in a studio or project management function that is plenty. The core thing is we want somebody highly proactive, organised and, most importantly, willing to muck in. Strong communications skills will be massively helpful for this job!

If you have worked as a traffic manager before this is advantageous, but is not an absolute must have.

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.

If this sounds like the traffic management role for you then get in touch now at CS@tomorrowlondon.co.uk
If this isn't for you, take a look at the other jobs we've got live - no doubt there will be something of interest.
