Creative Lead - Interior Design

The role of Creative Lead has been created as an in-house position, in response to this growing team which has a busy portfolio of exciting UK projects and well-known brands. The demands of the role require exceptional design thinking and understanding of brands to ensure that identity is represented in all development projects.

Working alongside the dynamic Design Director, responsibilities include reviewing and approving design packages, construction documents, and other technical documentation that ensure the high quality of our spaces is maintained and improved. You will need to demonstrate significant abilities of all phases of the design process, from schematic design through the tender process and construction administration, with knowledge of construction industry best practices, building & ADA codes.

This role is open to designers from a variety of backgrounds, with experience in residential, hospitality or workplace being beneficial. You will be capable of working with furniture dealers and specifying FF&E, have strong communication and presentation skills along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and a 3D modeling program; either Revit, Rhino or SketchUp.

You will be mentoring regional design team members as well as taking the lead running initiatives to improve both process and the product globally and support technical improvements both in the development and the process.
