3D Creative Design Director - Retail Interior Design

Got what it takes to stand out from the crowd?! A 3D Creative Design Director is sought to join this independent, multidisciplinary design studio who specialise in exceptional design and build of customer engaged, retail environments, product, and brand campaigns, for premium brands and retailers.

With global offices and a world-wide client portfolio, their experiential projects are renowned for sensory, immersive experiences, in bringing brands to life and evoking the human response.

As a 3D Design Director your portfolio will be of a high caliber, and you will have a track record in demonstrating your understanding of consumer experience and strategic concepts within retail and branded environments in conjunction with managing and delivering client and project expectations.

Working closely with the Creative Director and Project Managers, you will be pivotal to the creative and commercial process with responsibility for leading and managing your team and supporting the day-to-day management of the creative studio. The role combines hands-on creativity in delivering innovative solutions, while actively developing and mentoring design knowledge, technical skills, working methods and encouraging originality within the team.

Building working documents and strategy presentations, concepts and designs will be communicated using 3D modeling software packages, including Cinema 4D and 3D Studio Max, along with your hand sketching abilities contributing to the visual execution.

For this position, we will need to see portfolios, presented to a high standard, ideally including an understanding of retail environments. You will need to have extensive experience working within the Interior Design Industry and be able to use either Cinema 4D or 3D Studio Max software along with the Adobe suite.
