Senior Designer

We have teamed with an award-winning brand experience design agency, specialising in retail and hospitality. They are searching for a talented Senior Designer bursting with creative ideas and an in-depth understanding of a contemporary and current design world. Working with a varied pool of clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive agency committed to delivering an innovative and transformative approach to brands for the consumer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting Brand identities, across logo creation, print, digital and physical spaces
• Develop an understanding of strategy within design
• Contribute to customer journeys in store
• Bringing in new suppliers and contractors, whilst maintaining existing relationships and methods to be fully utilised within projects
• Formulate innovative solutions across all projects when needed under the direction of the creative lead
• Present on client presentations when required at certain stages of a project
• Be able to use project management systems
• Communicate the design direction clearly and quickly to ensure all team members have a coherent understanding of the project at hand
• Assist mid weight and junior designers to help them develop and grow

The team have a beautiful studio in Shoreditch, London and head in 3 days per week.
