Creative Lead

We are partnering with an experiential and events company and they are looking for a Creative Lead to join their growing team.

They are looking for someone who has a passion for all things design. While your skills are rooted in 3D and spatial design, you think beyond space and structure - seeing the bigger picture, thinking holistically about crafting cohesive experiences that engage, inform and entertain.

You must be someone that understands great design is not limited to medium or scale. And while you think broadly across all discipline types, you also pay close attention to detail. You bring fresh approaches to guide and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, whatever the project.

As well as being happy to take responsibility and ownership, you're also collaborative. Willing to listen, learn and share ideas with the team at every stage of a project, from concept to execution.

Your role will be supporting the Creative Directors, you can articulate ideas, presenting to internal teams, partners and clients. As a good communicator, you can talk about your work and think with confidence in front of an audience.

You're resourceful, inquisitive and inventive. Always striving to set the bar higher.
