Senior Account Manager
An independent Creative Agency, based in East London, are seeking a charismatic and ambitious Senior Account Manager. This vibrant agency create dynamic campaigns and editorial content for a variety of culturally engaging lifestyle brands and are looking for a strategic Senior Account Manager to join the growing team. In this role, you'll be involved in one of the agencies leading accounts whilst championing the rapid growth of the agency!
- Leading, building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns on a leading agency account
- You'll work closely with your peers internally to build rapport and trust, establishing yourself as an approachable and confident member of the team
- Sinking your teeth into this brand, you'll quality control all work that flows through the agency before reaching the client to ensure it's delivered to the highest standard
- As Senior, you'll muck in across all moving parts and manage complex campaign delivery schedules and shoot plans [alongside the Production team]
- You'll keep the team motivated and their morale high with your positive outlook and by being a supportive and approachable team member.
- You'll always work to best practice and quickly establish yourself as a trusted go-to within the team, ensuring that all problems are resolved one step in advance!
- An experienced account manager from a creative/ advertising agency background, familiar and comfortable with the nuances of working with global brands, and a track record of implementing influential tactics and solutions - always delivering best in class client servicing!
- You will ideally have an integrated, digital or social experience background.
