Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Output– Design/Concepts/Innovation

Inspire and motivate within the department through proactive research –share design concepts, findings and contribute to driving the department from good to great

Produce design concepts to aid the acquisition and development of new and existing clients

Support the creative team output and help develop concepts by producing meaningful and impactful design solutions that are on brief

Formulate strong design conceptsbased on consumer/brand behaviour and planning insight

Have strong art directional skills to oversee and lead projects within the creative/designdepartment, working closely and directly with art directors, designers, 3D and artwork teams

Display a hands-on approach from initial conceptual thinking through to activation of projects, bringing designknowledge and expertise to the table

Reproduce designs using Mac and sketchpad

Use the appropriate software to deliver projects utilizing RPM’s preferred softwareplatforms

Present your ideas/designs both internally and externally with confidence, backed up with clear rationales

Adhere to all the Ways of Working and foster co-operative, positive working relationships with all internalteams.

Leadership & Direction

Work closely with and form a trusting working understanding with the Creative Servicesteam

Get involved in nurturing, mentoring and inspiring junior members of the agency alongside developing good relationships with seniors and management

Build strong forward thinking relationships with Account Handling teams, Planning and Strategy to deliver excellence in all creative responses
