Our client is an award-winning agency working in the healthcare and wellness sector. They’re seeking an experienced traffic manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a traffic manager with a proven track record to take control of this agency’s day-to-day workflow in the studio, providing the link between the client relationship team and the creatives. You will be able to work closely with the client relationship team to understand both current and upcoming creative work, managing workflow and resources accordingly.
The successful candidate will be able to foster open, honest and effective communication within each project team and delegate resources to prioritise where necessary. This role requires an understanding of each piece of work that comes through the studio, as such previous experience in healthcare would be beneficial.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has at least 3 years’ experience working at a similar level in a creative agency. (Healthcare agency experience is preferred but not essential).
Has previous experience driving the creative process from initial brief to final product with a good knowledge of design and production processes.
Ability to set and manage budgets, resources and schedules.
A self-starter and team player, able to lend a hand to colleagues when they need it.
