Who we are:

We combine a global reach with local intimacy to provide premier professional SAP services from deep industry expertise consulting to applied innovations in digital, cloud, automation, and system development to business IT outsourcing.
The User Experience Consultant Role:
Our Business Solutions division has a growing User Experience practice delivering both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design across SAP products and portals running on SAP. There is an opportunity to enhance the products we deliver by taking a design led approach.
As part of this design service, we are looking for a UX Designer with 1 to 2 years agency experience or a recent graduate with a qualification in UX design / graphic design / or qualifications within the creative services who is looking to move into a UX role. The role will be home / office based and may require some on site activity across the UK.
You will be working alongside our UX team, with clients and our internal user interface and development teams to discuss and develop personas, user journeys, create wireframes and prototypes in Axure, and push our design thinking throughout all of our deliverables.
You will have strong experience in design, note that this is not a ‘developer’ position, so no requirements for coding are necessary, albeit experience of working alongside development teams will be very beneficial, and experience of this would be expected. You will primarily be working in Axure, and an understanding of Adobe XD would again be beneficial, as would Adobe Photoshop. A good understanding of UX research and current design principles to back up your ideas is a necessity.
Strong process driven thinking skills will be necessary to plan user journeys based on personas and deliver those journeys via your wireframes and prototypes for iterative testing with stakeholders and end users.
+ Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of UX design experience.
+ Experience designing web applications, eCommerce and B2B / B2C portals and/or a good creative portfolio to demonstrate your design thinking process
+ Experience in UX wireframing and prototyping software such as Axure is preferential
+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (XD / PS) would be beneficial.
+ Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
