My client are an award winning healthcare agency in London and it is a bonus if you have pharma/healthcare client experience

Work within the creative team producing award-winning creative work. As well as producing your own work, you will be expected to support other members of the creative team.
You will also play a part in working with senior members of the client relationship and content teams to help manage workflow ensuring they deliver on time and to budget.
As a member of the exceptional creative team, you will share their vision, demonstrate their values, and help grow the business, and take an active role in new business efforts.

Creative and delivery

  • Concepting – interpreting client briefs and coming up with inventive and original ideas that take into account client expectations, audience, and business context
  • Managing the scope and budget of projects and ensuring these are respected throughout the creative process
  • Design development – Executing world-class, exceptional creative content
  • Presentation – being comfortable presenting to clients articulately and logically, with clear and authoritative rationale (training will be given where necessary)
  • Dealing with suppliers – liaising with external suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of materials and services provided
  • Industry knowledge – keeping abreast of industry thinking and trends


  • Solid, successful experience in an agency role (healthcare experience preferred but not essential)
  • A strong track record of creating outstanding and award-winning creative work
  • Proven experience of building successful client relationships and rapidly earning client trust
  • Experience of driving the creative process from initial briefing to final product and thorough knowledge of design and creative production processes and procedures
  • Understanding of budgets and resources, and how projects are scheduled (the process)
  • Fluency in and comprehensive knowledge of creative packages:
    • Adobe CC
    • InDesign
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Motion Graphics in After Effects, Premiere
    • Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and/or experience performing output quality control
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • An understanding of med-comms, advertising, and PR within the healthcare sector
