THE ROLE

My client are an award winning healthcare agency in London and it is a bonus if you have pharma/healthcare client experience

As a Senior Motion Graphics Creative you will bring campaigns to life by producing highly creative, original ideas and concepts. Your role would start at the creative/design stage of a project, and you would be involved right through to delivery. You will be required to conceptualise, storyboard and create/edit video and animated content, including developing illustrative and typographic styling. You will get to know and advise clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their vision.
 
You will also help mentor and manage any more junior creatives in the team.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative and delivery (of digital projects)

  • Concepting – interpreting client briefs and coming up with inventive and original ideas that take into account client expectations, audience, and business context
  • Managing the scope and budget of projects and ensuring these are respected throughout the creative process
  • Design development – executing world-class, exceptional creative content
  • Creating the project vision and communicating it effectively to the team, outlining all deliverables and ensuring everyone understands what is expected of them
  • Regularly checking in with the team to review the overall direction of the project, addressing any issues and ensuring it is running smoothly
  • Presenting the brand to the client articulately and logically, with clear and authoritative rationale
  • Liaising with external suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of materials and services provided
  • Keeping abreast of industry thinking and trends

SKILLS

  • Solid, successful experience in a similar level creative role
  • Strong ad agency and/or design agency experience
  • Three years’ experience working within the healthcare space (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong track record of creating outstanding and award-winning creative work
  • Proven experience of building successful client relationships and rapidly earning client trust
  • Experience of driving the creative process from initial briefing to final product and thorough knowledge of design and creative production processes and procedures
  • Proven ability to set budgets, allocate resources, and plan and schedule projects
  • Fluency in and comprehensive knowledge of the following software:
    • After Effects
    • Premiere
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
  • Exceptional attention to detail and/or experience performing output quality control
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • An understanding of med-comms, advertising, and PR within the healthcare sector
