Event Project Manager
A unique opportunity for to join a leading creative agency as an Event Project Manager.
This role will involve work on a variety of events: from conferences, exhibitions, product launches gala dinners. The successful candidate will be managing each project from start to finish, from the budgets and initial proposals, to managing relationships with suppliers. You will also be liaising with different departments, as well as providing on site support at the events. You will have responsibility for project budgets, ensuring projects deliver on expectations.
You will have at least 2-3 years' experience working in a management role in the events industry within a creative agency. You will have a proven track record of event reconciliation, implementing and maintaining delegate logistics plans. You will be able to work on your own initiative, producing event proposals as well as executing exciting successful events. You will be a natural communicator, co-ordinating all internal and external project meetings, trouble-shooting as and when required to identify solutions.
