Our client a hugely successful real estate business is looking to recruit a designer to join their in-house creative studio.

You’ll be joining a dynamic working environment and truly diverse creative team and we are looking for a talented creative who can bring flair and originality. You will be responsible for developing initial concepts,creating, and encouraging conceptual exploration with the team on a strategic level. The successful candidate will not just be working on property but developing the brand and visual personalities for everything within the community from arts and cultural events to retail destinations. 

We are looking for an all-rounder, with the ability and track record in designing for digital across websites, social media and digital marketing, while demonstrating equal skill and ability in design for brand and assets (printed and digital). You will need to demonstrate a strategic and methodical way of working that is also able to keep up with what can be a very fast paced working day. Experience juggling multiple deadlines is crucial. 

This role would suit a bright and ambitious designer who can offer great ideas as well as the ability to pull projects together with design flair. The role is heavily digitally focused and we are looking for someone who can ensure all digital creative is on brand, accessible, usable and meets best practice. 

What we are looking for:

  • At-least 5-7 years’ proven experience of working across a range of multidisciplinary branding projects for global clients and have outstanding inter-personal skills
  • Excellent technical skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are essential, coupled with a strong knowledge of new media digital applications
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A proven track record of being able to apply a strategic and creative vision to support corporate goals
  • A drive to seek out and build upon existing networks of suppliers, subcontractors and other specialists
  • Knowledge of art materials, fabrication techniques, printing process and press runs
  • Some basic skills in motion design/animation.
