Client Manager - Brand Purpose Agency

Working with international brands, across fashion, finance, travel and more, this agency are looking for someone not only skilled in effective client management, but a true ambassador for creating change.

Responsibilities;

• Working in this nimble but growing Client Services team, alongside a handful of extremely talented peers, you'll work as a hybrid Account/Project manager, working to support your seniors on larger scale campaigns alongside running your own projects confidently
• You'll deliver end to end, from shaping and scoping a brief [from strategy/ concepts to comms plans, through production to delivery] writing SOW's, tracking and negotiating budgets, tracking timing plans, supporting with resource plans and managing project finances
• Working closely with clients to build strong, trusted relationships - always looking to build an understanding of their business
• Supporting your team on pitches and proposals when required

To be considered, you'll need prior AM/PM/ Client Manager experience ideally from a similar brand/ design consultancy and a burning passion for sustainability/ brand purpose.
