In this role you will be joining an exciting agency to lead their content team and play an integral part in the development & creation of content as well as managing and developing the content team across the business.

This brand experience agency hold creativity at the forefront of their projects and work hard to ensure that they are delivering memorrable experiences across both B2C & B2B projects for clients in sectors including: Automotive, Tech & FinPro, Retail, FMCG amongst others. The agency themselves consist of a strong team of professionals across design, project/account management, film/digital, design, content & strategy. You will be joining and agency that work well collaboratively to produce high end projects.
The Role
As Content Director you will primarily be responsible for the strategic content & comms at both account and project level whilst ensuring all content & comms output across the department represent the highest level of quality & creativity. You will have direct contact with clients externally and liaise internally with the strategy, creative and new business teams on specific account activity throughout a project life cycle. Similarly, you will also have direct responsibility for the development and growth of the content team as well as the implementation of best practices and quality control of deliverables, maximising profitability and internal training.
Must Have Experience:
- Extensive experience of the events & brand experience industry
- Proven experience working in a leadership role within a content department
- Experience using Learning & Development techniques to convey silent messages
- Multi-channel experience - including live & digital
- Considerable experience within a brand experience/comms & content role, with a proven record at senior level
