A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paid Social Analyst/Executive/Manager, to work for a leading independent media agency whose clients are across the fashion and luxury sectors.

They're looking for an additional team member to support their biggest retail clients grow their ecommerce footprint through successful and best practice performance paid social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Campaign planning

  • Ownership of target planning, ensuring campaigns and budgets are planned to hit key client KPIs (mostly focused on traffic and revenue targets)
  • Creating planning documents, pulling together strategic recommendations to confidently present to clients
  • Assisting with strategic planning across paid social campaigns, ensuring recommendations incorporate ongoing insights and channel innovation and proactivity

Ongoing campaigns

  • Responsible for full paid social and campaign set-up, checking campaigns daily and clearly communicating optimisation recommendations throughout
  • Responsible for campaign reporting output, ensuring campaigns are delivered to all agreed timelines with no errors, always giving clear points of view on successes and areas of improvement
  • Ownership of all social elements of media plans ensuring updated and shared on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for reconciliation of plans, budgets and target documents, liaising with senior team to adjust invoicing and PO numbers where required

Client servicing

  • Prioritisation across client tasks, ensuring all deadlines met and client expectations managed - checking with senior team where required but leading day to day client communications across core responsibilities
  • Confident in presenting documents and reporting, delivering clear approach and insights to client
  • Supporting Paid Social Manager and Client Directors across wider client work where needed


  • Working knowledge of paid social set-up for retail clients (especially performance objectives focused - comfortable with discussing traffic and revenue targets), with in-depth experience of Facebook Business Manager - essential
  • Working knowledge of paid social set-up for retail clients, with experience of Pinterest and TikTok as secondary platform - desired but not essential
  • Extensive working knowledge/experience of Google Analytics (and or Adobe Analytics) - essential
  • Sophisticated analytical skills with ability to confidently draw insights and recommendations, including advanced Excel - essential
  • Must be analytically minded and enjoy focusing on data and insights as a key part of the role
  • Passionate about working on fashion and luxury brands
  • Desire to work in a small agency, multi-tasking across multiple clients/projects/types of campaign
  • Must be able to construct clear arguments/recommendations to clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
