Experiential Retail Design Director

The opportunity has arisen for an experiential design director to join a cutting-edge design agency, where you will be pivotal to working with a client base which ranges from brand identity and strategy to digital design, encompassing the full creative and commercial processes.

You will have a strong ability to demonstrate your strategic thinking and concepts in leading multiple, diverse projects within retail, leisure, and hospitality. You will be responsible from design brief, prioritising workflows, to the delivery of creative solutions, building relationships with clients and stakeholders as well as managing project teams. 

Your portfolio will be of high calibre, with ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of wider industry and market trends, you will be driven to challenge expectation and deliver an outstanding service. 

Founded on a collaboration with a personable and proactive ethos, you will take an active role in team creativity and culture, instigating initiatives and generating new business along with representing the studio at talks and wider industry events. 

You will require fluency in Vectorworks and Cinema 4D and undertake the improving of design standards, processes and documentation that contribute to efficient studio running
