Job Brief

Must be local to Windsor/Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house Graphic Designer to join my clients friendly and talented team working on digital and print assets for Skincare. In this role you will be solely responsible for the production of all digital and printed collateral including social content, website banners, onsite pages, emails, brochures, launch assets and marketing material. You will take responsibility from inception, to creation to completion. To be considered for this role you will be brimming with new ideas and have a keen eye for composition & layout, whilst ensuring consistency across the board. 

You will need to possess a real passion for luxury design and must also be comfortable working from briefing stage right through to artworking and creating print ready files, with short deadlines.

Job Details

  • Digital and print graphic designer
  • Salary dependant on experience
  • Full time hours
  • Based in Berkshire

You will need to manage multiple briefs simultaneously, creating final digital artwork or print ready files.

Typical activities include:

  • Interpreting and evolving the creative style and vision, working closely with the marketing team
  • Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Proof reading to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Designing POS material, including posters, leaflets, flyers and brochures
  • Designing marketing emails
  • Creation and design of static and animated assets for multiple social channels
  • Designing product packaging elements (producing prototypes/mock ups)
  • Packaging artworking
  • Creating floorplans
  • Set-design for QVC
  • Packshot and lifestyle photography
  • Video-editing
  • Setting brand guidelines
  • Staying up to date with trends in beauty , ecommerce and social media to ensure designs are always meeting best practice and latest specifications.


  • Proven graphic design experience (min. 3 year’s luxury brand experience)
  • Strong creative and design skills
  • Strong typography, layout and attention to detail
  • Capable of product photography
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Understanding and passion fo the beauty sector


  • Design related degree or similar qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Some Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Email Systems
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is beneficial
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Experience creating social media assets including GIFs, Video and motion graphics ideal
