We're working with a brilliant creative agency who are owned by one of the most recognisable brand groups on the planet. Structured like any creative agency they have well established teams across strategy, creative, project management, production and media, all of which are growing quickly.
We're working directly with their well established production team of four as they add a pair of exec producers to take the lead on several of the largest brands in the group, reporting directly into the head of production and looking after the more junior PM/producers.
The culture is changing as the agency grows, but has always been strong - emphasising a diverse approach, a collaborative work ethic, and an environment where every voice (in about twenty languages!) can be heard.
What You'll Be Doing
It's a relatively straightforward exec or senior producer role! You'll be working closely with brand managers and the rest of the PM team internally to deliver fully integrated campaigns spanning print, press, shoot, social, digital, content, events and the occasional website. On the sliding scale from creative producer to project manager, this is probably erring towards the PM side of things but you will work closely with the design and creative teams.
While you won't initially have line management responsibilities, that may come in the very near future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership over the logistics and production of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, briefing in the required skill sets and overseeing through the production phases.
- Working with your client partners and the creative team in the concepting phase, helping the creatives realise their vision and supporting the client throughout.
- Working with external suppliers (including creative agencies) to ensure the timely, cost effective and high quality delivery of work spanning creative campaigns and content.
- Managing project burn rate and keeping the client and internal team updated on project finances and timelines.
Who We're Looking For
We're ideally looking for a candidate with proven experience working in an integrated agency environment as a project manager or producer, though any sort of creative agency experience is definitely relevant if you've delivered production of integrated campaigns. You'll have a strong understanding of the creative production process from concepting, planning and budgeting, and then working closely with creative teams to get the work done. As it's a compact team and you'll be working directly with the brand managers, being used to wearing a lot of different hats (perhaps in a smaller agency) is a big advantage for this one.
A second language (preferably French/Spanish/German) would be a plus for this one thanks to the different regions you'll be interacting with.
All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team. That, and being genuinely invested in delivering great work are the most important things for this one.
