Midweight Designer – Brand World
We’re hunting high and low for a really imaginative midweight designer with a background in branding and brand world design.
We have not just 1 but 2 excellent branding/brand communications agencies, both based in London, looking for someone fabulous, who they can help to grow and develop further in their career.
What do we mean by brand world? Well, you’ll have come from a background of designing for consumer brands, across fmcg, drinks, confectionary, etc etc, maybe on some brand identity redesign, but also looking at how that visual branding should “live” across multiple different applications. So from the look & feel for their digital presence (but this is not about designing actual websites!), to how they might communicate visually in stores, or other places where their audiences see them, or even a look & feel for ad agencies to follow in on- and off-line ad campaigns. But all with the brand’s visual strategy in mind, of course.
It’s an exciting area to design for, as you can really let your ideas come to the fore (as long as they’re visually on-brand)!
The agencies who are looking are both medium-sized, independently owned (not part of a huge group), they have some enviable consumer brand relationships (with brands you will most definitely know about) and also some with young start-up or challenger brands, as well as enviable creative work, and both are growing. They’ve had a very busy 2021, and expect this to continue next year. And you’d work in a team with some great people, from creatives to client services and strategy people.
Both are flexible about mixing working from home and studio (so you could do, say, 2 days at home and 3 in the studio if you wanted to). They will pay good salaries, plus decent holidays, health insurance, and a discretionary bonus, as well as other benefits.
