A multi-award-winning design studio with projects across the globe is looking for an experienced mid-to-senior-level interior designer to join a talented team. You will be leading the FF&E process for a high-end residential project. The role will not be limited to FF&E so it is important to a have full understanding of the design process and the technical know-how. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and forward thinking team to work on one-off projects, specifically within luxury private residential and mixed-use/ hospitality sector. This studio is driven by contemporary design excellence down to every detail and finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce FF&E schemes for private residential and commercial interiors
  • Produce schedules/control book for FF&E specification
  • Oversee costing and project management, ensuring it is in line to initial budget and timeline
  • Produce FF&E package for tender
  • First point of contact for purchasing, invoices, logistics and installation
  • Client facing through presentations and site meetings
  • Oversee quality assurance with manufacturers, suppliers and trades, carry out snagging and PDI’s

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Proven experience in FF&E and procurement for luxury interior projects
  • Experience managing large FF&E budgets
  • Confidence and ability to manage own clients
  • Keen eye for details
  • Experience in producing technical drawings for bespoke furniture and joinery
  • Software: Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe CS. Bonus to have knowledge of Specwriter
